Refund Policy for DailyShorts

1. No Refund Policy

At DailyShorts, we do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription. All sales are final. This policy applies to both subscription plans and credit packs.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the settings, then billing section of your account. Your access to DailyShorts will continue until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation:

  • You will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle
  • No further charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew
  • Any remaining credits in your account will remain available until used or expired

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of extended service outages or significant changes to our service offering, we may consider providing account credits or extending subscription periods. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Examples of exceptional circumstances include:

  • Extended service outages lasting more than 48 hours
  • Significant changes to core features that materially affect your use of the service
  • Technical issues that prevent you from using the service for an extended period

4. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. To avoid charges, please cancel your subscription before the trial period ends if you decide not to continue with our service. Once the trial period ends and your subscription begins, our standard no-refund policy applies.

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been erroneously charged, please contact our support team immediately at hello@dailyshorts.ai. We will investigate the issue and if an error is confirmed, we will credit your account or provide a refund as appropriate.

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Transaction date and amount
  • Payment method used
  • Description of the error
  • Any relevant receipts or transaction IDs

6. Credit Packs

Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time. Once purchased, credits are immediately added to your account and cannot be refunded, even if unused.

7. Subscription Upgrades and Downgrades

When you upgrade your subscription:

  • You will be charged the prorated difference immediately
  • Upgrades take effect immediately
  • No refunds are provided for the previous subscription tier

When you downgrade your subscription:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will retain access to your current plan features until the period ends
  • No refunds are provided for the unused portion of your current plan

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund practices.
